The Latin American market requires additional attention to details due to complexities in the trading system and market requirements. It is also a demanding market in terms of quality and product development.

  Design Development
One of the things that differentiate us from our competitors is that we also create designs for our customers to fit their specific requirements, whether it is for childrens, mens or womens designs. We are fully equipped with CAD (computer assisted design) equipment and 2 professional designers that always travel to international textile and garment fairs to obtain the latest trends in prints & colors. Timing in the print business is key, and the only way we can keep up with the current trends is to have our own design team offer the right prints at the right time.

  Documentation
Importing, especially into the Mexican market, has become a very difficult task. Many suppliers around the world have stopped working with this market, claiming that the demands in documentation are too complicated. For this reason, we have staff that take care of all the documentation for our customers so that their imports go as smoothly as possible. Customer service means concern "after the sale."

  Tracing Shipments
We have a Traffic Department that is up to date on all the shipments effected to any one customer from any of our suppliers around the world. Each shipment, either by air or by boat, is followed up from the time it leaves the supplier to the moment the it arrives at the requested destination.

  Import Facilities
Upon request, Debs Inc is also organized to directly import fabrics and garments for our customers as LDP (landed duty paid). This facilitates customers who donft have the time or infrastructure to go through the import procedures.

  Fabric Inspection
Textiles is a very delicate business and no matter how much precaution we take in inspecting the fabrics at the factories, we are prepared to confront claims and react responsibly with our customers and suppliers. We have a textile engineer that goes and inspects the fabrics and makes full reports of the claims, so that these problems can be solved between the suppliers and the customers at quickly as possible. Customers have learned over the years that dealing with companies like ours has a value-added factor because we care about our quality and do not allow quality problems to interfere in our day-to-day business.
